CoVid 19 has impacted hugely on all our lives in many different ways over the last 12 months and we have found ourselves adapting to the way we live our lives to keep everyone safe and to get through it together.
At Ballincollig Coaches Ltd, we have introduced additional measures to protect the Health & Safety of our staff and of our passengers when they travel with us.
We hold the CoVid 19 Safety Charter Standard which confirms we are adhering to all Government Guidelines & Public Health Guidance, so when you travel with us you are safe in the knowledge that Ballincollig Coaches Ltd are doing all they can to protect their staff and passengers.
While travelling on board
Facemasks are mandatory to be worn by all passengers and driver while on board the vehicle.
Passengers are to sit alone (or with another family member or person in your social bubble).
When boarding & exiting the vehicle please use the hand sanitizer which is located at or near the passenger entrance door.
Please adhere to social distancing while waiting for your coach to arrive at the pickup location.
Depending on the CoVid 19 Restriction Level the capacity of the coaches may vary:
Level 1 – 3 Capacity will vary from 75% to 50%.
Level 4-5 Capacity will be 25%.
When making your booking our staff will advise you on the allowable capacity.
Cleaning & Sanitizing
Ballincollig Coaches Ltd have increased the frequency of cleaning on all our coaches paying particular attention to the most common touch points.
We also use a sanitizing fogging machine on the interiors of each coach at the end of every day to sanitize all internal areas.
The Air conditioning filters on the coaches are cleaned at regular intervals to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
